Here we go kids, (okay, just Ashli), the last three entries in the 30 day challenge!
Day 28-What's the best advice I've ever been given? Be true to who you are, stand up for what you believe in, and NEVER be afraid to speak your mind. Living with my mama, you tend to learn those very early on in life. :)
Day 29-The biggest flaw of Americans as a whole? Hmm...the insensitivity towards lesser people. Case in point, our country is constantly battling to give homosexuals the same rights that us straight people have. They're absolutely right. They should have the same rights we do. And then when the laws are passed the conservative, left-wing republicans who say that "God hates gays." No...god hates judgmental bastards like you. So quit the holier-than-thou attitude, because nobody's buying it. I guess that's just the liberal-right wing Democrat in me. :)
So, to those Republicans....(and to other Republicans who are just insensitive to people in general *coughstryingtotakeawaymyrighttochoosecoughs*) I am a woman. A liberal, free thinking, Democrat, who doesn't deserve to have my rights taken from me! STOP IT! JUST STOP IT! (I'm talking to you, Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann) Okay! I'm done....for now
Day 30: (-tear-) I've learned that I am beautiful and different. And unique and funny. And I've finally realized that I love myself...
Okay, that's it.

Day 27
I'm going to miss these 30 day things when we're done, no joke.
If I could sit down and have a conversation with the current (and somewhat okay) president, President Barack Obama, I'd ask him a few things.
1. I'd ask him what the deal is with unemployment being so high
2. Why I'm not qualified to recieve Medicaid
3. When this war's gonna be over, so my best friend can do desk work the rest of his life (I'm selfish. USMC, hoo-rah!)
4. What he thinks the qualifications of a good president are
5. Can I be part of his re-election campaign
and what his emotions were when he finally captured Osama Bin Laden.

Days 25 and 26
Day 25 Favorite color and why? Blue. All hues of blue. I don't care how many blues are out there, I love that color blue. Blue to me is the color of happiness. Least favorite color? Pink. I hate pink.
Day 26: Favorite author? Wow...lol. I'm thinking it has to be Janet Evanovich. And my favorite book(s) by her is the Stephanie Plum series. Kick ass bounty hunter and the misadventures they do. Lol. LOVE it.

Not a day blog...lol. Thoughts.
How come someone tells me things that I want to hear, but then when life gets in the way, suddenly they depend on their "other friends" to get them through it, and I'm tossed aside. And then you get all pissed off and mad, when I hold something back from you. How do you think that makes me feel? Hmm? Now, I know I'm not your only friend, but damn...if I'm going to be the "number 1" then I think you should start treating me as such. No more lame excuses, no more "of course you are's" none of that...just honesty. Like we once had....things are going wrong for you, I want to be that sounding board I once was....
I'm just venting, I'm not mad at you. I'm the most understanding person you'll ever meet...but it hurts me when you open up and don't talk to me. So yeah, imagine how I feel when those text messages go unanswered for a day at a time...and that the only communication we have anymore is through twitter.
I miss you.

Days 22, 23, and 24
Day 22-Advice for my children? Be yourself...love people for who they are, not what they have. And never ever, judge someone. It's painful enough to be an adult, let alone a kid...so make it as easy as possible.
Day 23: The most painful thing I've gone through with a friend? Probably leaving said friend. Ending friendships is NOT something I like doing, but if it needs to be done, it will. Kyle and I have gone through so much shit together, it's not even just a little bit funny..but separation is good for us. It makes us realize that we're better people without each other!
Day 24: My favorite thing to do to relax? A bubble bath. Once I get in the tub to relax, it's over. Just me, a book, and a candle from Bath and Body Works, and I'm stress free....no joke.
